Renew 2026 will take place near the Armstrong Redwoods in Sonoma County, 115 miles north of Palo Alto, CA (approximately 2.5 hours drive).

A lovingly renovated historic farmhouse on a working vegetable farm surrounded by majestic Redwoods will be our home for the weekend.

Once you register, we’ll provide more detailed directions. Plan to arrive between 3:00 and 3:30pm on Friday, January 9. Consider carpooling, and give yourself plenty of time for the drive so that you arrive relaxed and ready! You might stop for fun in Occidental, Forestville, or Guerneville to explore. 

Think “hygge”! January can be chilly and wet in Sonoma County. Yoga clothes and warm layers for outdoor activities is a good rule of thumb: 

• Yoga/activewear for most of the daytime activities

• Sneakers or hiking boots for hiking on dirt trails

• Cozy sweaters or fleece for hanging out in the house

• Slippers (no shoes in the house, please)

• Warm layers including jacket that is waterproof and/or a waterproof layer

• Water bottle AND hot drink cup, both labeled with your name, please. We will use these a lot!

• Sun hat, sunscreen, sun glasses (wishful thinking!)

• Earplugs highly recommended for better sleeping

• A journal and pen

• Bathing suit (hot tub!)

• Yoga props (mat, strap, blanket, blocks). If you don’t have yoga equipment, we’ll take care of you!

• Shampoo, soap, and towels all provided

We’ll provide healthy meals and snacks from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, featuring mostly vegetarian dishes with some fish and chicken. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions and food preferences on your registration form. 

We’ll practice yoga together on Friday evening, on Saturday morning and evening, and on Sunday morning. Practices will include strong flow, restorative poses, and meditation. We’ll teach to all levels in the room and encourage you to use props, as needed, and tune-in to your unique needs.

Your registration for Renew 2026 is all-inclusive: accommodations, healthy meals, yoga, meditation, hiking, reflective exercises, and all activities.

Cost for the full retreat ranges from $800-$1200, depending on lodging options. Receive an Early Bird discount ($50 off) if you register by Nov. 23rd! To hold your place at Renew 2026, full payment is due upon registration.

Trina Currier and Margie Suozzo will be your hosts and yoga teachers for the weekend. We love building community, particularly when it involves personal and spiritual development and the outdoors. We are registered yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500, RYT-200, respectively) with a focus on alignment-based vinyasa yoga.
