Community Retreats

Weekend retreats, offered 2-3 times per year, are an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and take time to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate. In addition to daily yoga, we focus on community, nature, healthy food, guided meditation, and personal reflection. So far, our retreats have taken place in Northern California, but stay tuned for a widening array of opportunities in the future!
